Refund and Cancellation Policy

At LexiPOS, managed by Lexiata.lk, we want to ensure that our web-based Point of Sale system is the perfect fit for your business before you make any financial commitment.

1. 14-Day Free Trial We provide a comprehensive 14-Day Free Trial to all new customers. During this period, you have full access to test, evaluate, and use the LexiPOS system. We strongly encourage all users to utilize this trial period to ensure the system meets their specific business requirements before purchasing a subscription.

2. No Refund Policy Because we provide a fully functional free trial prior to any purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any paid subscriptions, including Monthly, 6 Months, or Yearly plans. All payments made to Lexiata.lk for LexiPOS are final and non-refundable.

3. Subscription Cancellations While we do not offer refunds, you have the right to cancel your active subscription at any time. You can easily cancel your plan through your “My Account” dashboard.

  • Canceling your subscription will stop all future recurring payments.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the current billing cycle.

  • If you cancel, you will continue to have full access to your LexiPOS system until the end of your currently paid subscription period.

4. Lifetime Replacement Warranty Exception As stated in our Terms and Conditions, while we do not issue monetary refunds, we do provide a Lifetime POS-to-POS Replacement Warranty. If your system faces an unrecoverable technical crash, we will replace your system with a new instance entirely free of charge for as long as your subscription is active.
