Welcome to LexiPOS, a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system developed and managed by Lexiata.lk. By registering for an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Free Trial & Subscriptions We provide a 14-Day Free Trial to allow all our users to thoroughly test and evaluate the full LexiPOS system before making a financial commitment. After the trial period, continued use of the system requires an active paid subscription (Monthly, 6 Months, or Yearly).
2. No Refund Policy Because we provide a fully functional 14-Day Free Trial for you to ensure the system meets your business needs prior to purchase, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments. All payments made for Monthly, 6 Months, or Yearly plans are final.
3. Data Liability & Loss LexiPOS is designed to be a highly affordable, low-cost solution for small businesses. Due to this low-cost structure, Lexiata.lk does not accept any liability or responsibility for the loss of business data, including but not limited to inventory, sales records, customer details, or financial reports. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own manual or exported backups of their business data.
4. Lifetime POS-to-POS Replacement Warranty While we do not take liability for data loss, we are committed to keeping your business running. We offer a Lifetime POS-to-POS Replacement Warranty for all active subscribers. If your LexiPOS system instance crashes, encounters an unrecoverable error, or becomes inaccessible, we will immediately replace it with a fresh, brand-new POS instance/setup completely free of charge, for as long as your subscription remains active.
5. Service Availability We strive to keep LexiPOS available 24/7. However, occasional downtime may occur due to server maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
